Manufacturing of “ACEG” Hardening agent consists of two stages and thus two technological lines. At the moment we are working on building a third reactor.
The first line was put into operation in 1991. “ACEG” is an acetic and ethylen glycol ester, which is a mix of ethylen glycol monoacetate and diacetate.
Today there are five brands of the product: 1B, 2SB, 3SM, 4Ì and 5ÎÌ, which differ in the composition of acetates to fully comply with the consumer requirements.
Planned production capacity of the plant is 500 tons per year.
