Hardening agent ACEG is
an acetic and ethylene glycol ester, which is a mix of ethylene glycol monoacetate and diacetate.


There are five brands of the product: 1B, 2SB, 3SM, 4Ì, 5 ÎÌ, which differ in the composition of acetates.

Main Physical and chemical properties
Hardening agent ACEG – is a flammable liquid, which boils at 170° Ñ and steam flash point at 102° Ñ.

FIELD OF APPLICATION
ACEG is used in casting for manufacturing self-curing forming and core sand mixtures with liquid glass.

Product has sanitary and epidemiological certificate

# 52.20.05.233.Ï.000889.05.06 Issued 05.11.2006.

Packaging

Product is poured into steel or aluminum barrels and containers, automobile and train cisterns.

Shipping

Product is transported by train or automobile transport accortding to the Regulations for shipping operations.

Guarantee shelf life
Six months from the manufacture date.
